Legal provision
As of May 25, 2018, Directive 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) dated 27.04.2016, concerning the protection of individuals in the context of the processing of personal data and the free flow of such data, and abolishing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU L 119, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as RODO, came into effect. The Personal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018 also applies. (Journal of Laws 2018.1000).

As the manager, we are responsible for securing and legally processing your personal data entrusted to us. We obtained personal data through the contact form, advertising activities of third-party platforms or as a result of signing a contract.
Purpose of processing
Fulfillment of the contract, issuance of invoices and related legal obligations, enforcement of claims under the contract, promotion of own products or services, marketing activities, after consent, marketing activities, collection of statistical data and analysis of website traffic.
User rights
Access to personal data, rectification of data, deletion of data (except when the obligation to store data arises from the law or the interests of the controller), restriction of data processing if the data is incorrect or processed unfoundedly, data portability to another controller, objection to data processing, lodging a complaint to the supervisory authority (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection), withdrawal of consent to data processing. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of past processing.
Recipients of personal data
Companies providing services to BDR accounting sp zoo and legal authorities on the basis of relevant legislation (e.g. law enforcement agencies, etc.). Data may also be transferred outside the EEA (e.g. Google) – data transfer is in accordance with the law.
Processing period
Personal data are processed for the period of time necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing. This period may be due to legal regulations (e.g., accounting regulations) or due to the type of services provided. In the case of data processed on the basis of consent – until the consent is withdrawn.
Security
The data controller will make every effort to ensure an adequate level of security of personal data. Appropriate technical and organizational measures are used to ensure the protection of the processed personal data, e.g.: protecting the data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, unauthorized changes, as well as processing in a manner contrary to applicable laws.

Good Accounting Office (DBR Księgowość Sp z o.o.) monitors activity on the website www.dobrebiurorachunkowe.com.pl – personal data is automatically processed without any legal consequences (use is to analyze and predict personal preferences and behavior (to disable tracking please change your browser settings). Links leading to social media pages (e.g., Facebook, etc.) are for the purpose of processing data used to make contact or inform about our company’s services.
This document is subject to change. The Administrator will announce changes to the Terms and Conditions and the effective dates of the changes on its websites. Customer’s use of the Service after this date is tantamount to acceptance of the new content of the Terms and Conditions.
Any changes made to the Privacy Policy do not and will never affect the basic principle:DBR Księgowość Sp. z o.o. does not sell to third parties personal or address data of customers and users of the service and newsletters belonging to the Good Accounting Office.
